Kaiki operates as a peer-to-peer marketplace. Items are listed and sold by independent sellers. As such, refunds and returns are subject to the seller’s individual return terms, except where otherwise required by law or covered under Kaiki’s buyer protection.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • The item received is significantly different from its description
  • The item is damaged or defective upon delivery
  • The item was not delivered within the agreed timeframe
3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Personalized or customized items
  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
  • Items returned without original packaging (where applicable)
4. Return Process

To initiate a return or refund request:

  • Contact Kaiki support within 48 hours of receiving the item
  • Provide clear photos and a description of the issue
  • Await approval before returning any item
5. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

6. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers are required to:

  • Accurately describe items listed for sale
  • Clearly state return and refund terms
  • Respond promptly to buyer disputes
7. Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers are expected to review product listings carefully before making a purchase. Kaiki will not be responsible for disputes arising from buyer negligence or failure to read item descriptions.

8. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, Kaiki reserves the right to mediate between the buyer and seller and make a final determination based on available evidence.

9. Policy Updates

Kaiki reserves the right to update this Refund & Return Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately.
